1. Scope
This policy applies to nutrition consultation services purchased from Eliminationeabea. As we provide services rather than physical goods, traditional "returns" do not apply.
2. Cancellation by You
- More than 48 hours before: Full refund or free rescheduling
- 24–48 hours before: 50% refund or one free reschedule within 30 days
- Less than 24 hours before: No refund; rescheduling subject to availability and a $25 NZD admin fee
3. Cancellation by Us
If we cancel your session, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no extra cost. We will notify you as soon as possible.
4. Programme Packages
Unused sessions in a multi-session programme may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if cancelled before the second session. After the second session, remaining sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within 90 days.
5. Digital Materials
Downloadable guides provided as part of a consultation are non-refundable once delivered, unless materially defective or not as described.
6. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
7. Fair Trading
We comply with the Fair Trading Act 1986. We will not mislead you about our services, fees, or likely outcomes. If you believe a service did not meet guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act, contact us to discuss a remedy.
8. Disputes
Contact us first at ask@eliminationeabea.world. If unresolved, you may contact the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand for claims within its jurisdiction.
